About the Event

I am hopefull this will roll out in a few locations at various times from January 2021 with live Zoom and  online options available. 

The Meno Years Essential Toolkit is a collection of my favourite tried and tested practices to enable you to breeze through your Second Spring.  8 weekly 90 minute classes containing all of the essential tools you need to help you combat all of the symptoms of Perimenopause, Menopause & beyond so you can begin living your best life. PLUS recorded classes to keep forever & support group to keep each other motivated. 

I have studied for over 17 years & condensed all the best tools that I use just for you.   You will receive 8 x 1 hour classes from me in a group of supportive ladies, so that we can target your individual needs & focus on your group goals plus 30 minutes for tea a catch up and any questions. I'll provide herbal teas and healthy snacks with nutritional tips.   Here’s what’s included :    QiFlow (Yoga & Qigong) classes that I will design just for you to target your groups specific Meno Year concerns.   Yoga Shred uses HIIT (high intenstity interval training) with yoga inspired moves and correct alignment to optimise your cardio capacity, gain strength as well as lift & tighten, define & tone the dreaded middle age legs, bum and tum. To give you stregnth both inside and out.   Yin Yoga targets the release of stiff joints & tendons & switches on the body’s relaxation response to give you increased flexibility, ease tired joints to leave you calm, centred and relaxed.  Self Massage and Meridian Tapping techniques are a fun, energising practice to aid lymphatic drainage & energy flow.   Face Yoga to create firmer, brighter looking skin while reducing fine lines, puffiness, dark lines, wrinkles & sagging.   Meditation and Mantra release anxiety & aid concentration, helping to reduce the effects of memory loss and brain fog.   Breath work to help you cope with the dreaded hot flushes, stress and anxiety. Targeted breathwork to release pent up emotions and boost immunity.   Relaxation for improved sleep patterns.   Support Group & Practices to keep forever so that you can continue your practice in your own time.
