QiFlow classes draw on both of these ancient practices to create a flowing, moving meditation that aims to move energy and release blockages in both body and mind. These flows release tightness in the joints, relieve anxiety, boost immunity, help to manage emotions and restore emotional balance. Classes incorporate movement, sound
